Muslim world’s negligence towards Gaza will have dangerous consequences

It has been more than a month since Gaza has been under the deadly attacks and brutal aggression of the bloodthirsty and heavily armed Zionist forces. In these assaults, over 11 thousand innocent residents of Gaza have lost their lives, and tens of thousands more have been injured. In the city of Gaza, homes and buildings are being destroyed every moment, and the savage enemy’s multi-ton bombs are demolishing mosques and sacred places. However, in this matter, the global community, especially the Muslim World and Islamic countries, has given deadly silence, not even raising a voice to save Gaza and its innocent Muslim residents. The salvation of the oppressed and suffering people of Palestine and Gaza is, in fact, a religious and moral duty for Muslims and the Islamic ummah, which they must strive to fulfill with great effort. Unfortunately, Islamic countries have given a deadly silence, and no country has raised a loud voice except for the Islamic Emirate and a few others. Most have chosen the path of silence. Some Islamic countries not only do not show any reaction but also intend to celebrate and revel in the midst of the dark days of Gaza’s people, amid the bombardment and martyrdom, and engage in music and festivities, disregarding the sorrow, joy, and intoxication of their masters. These indifferences indicate that Islamic countries are not united in sorrow and pain; they lack unity, consensus, and a plan to save each other from the clutches of oppression and terror. A few years ago, when the United States and NATO invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, no Islamic country showed solidarity, and today, when Gaza is being ravaged, no country raises a voice, except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and a few other countries. All of these are indicative of the negligence, insensitivity, and indifference of Islamic countries and the Muslim world. If the situation continues in this manner, there is no doubt that the future of the Islamic ummah will be worse than today, and Islamic countries may fall victim to the aggression of nonMuslim countries, experiencing the bitterness of occupation, oppression, and destruction.
