Future makers’ talent, capacity should not be ignored

The new generation is the future maker of the country and their talent should be used in the development of the society properly.
Educated youths who can play an effective role in the development of the country, should not be ignored and discriminated; either they are graduated from a religious madrassa or a contemporary school. Any of them needed to serve their country and Islamic society.
In an Islamic society, when we see different aspects of the developments, in both terms of spirituality and technology, we need experts and professional cadres for the related fields.
Afghanistan has now become secure and all means should be used to develop the country. So, this is incorrect to label one for relating to the previous governments or commend another for being supporter of the current system.
This is against what the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Hibbatullah Akhundzada has frequently advised the whole members of the system to avoid.
As the leader advised, justice; when we are a governing system, is not what to consider own supporters and followers only, but justice is to consider the interest of the country and the prosperity of the society and the whole people, either it was possible by our own team members or not.
The Islamic Emirate’s Senior Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid, also called the youth the pillars of the system and said that without the youth, the progress of the country is impossible.
The educated youth should even be helped to have access to the leadership of the government and help them become decision-makers and to determine the fate of their own, their families and finally play key role in the economic, political and cultural development of their society.
On the other hand, this is not only the responsibility of an incumbent government to be merely focusing on the whole issues relating to the welfare of the society, the elders of the communities as the representatives of different layers of the society, with shared cooperation should take part in the development of their common homeland.
If, like the previous system, we take the side of our own teams, groups, or parties and only work for our personal interests, then we will never reach our noble goal of unity.
Likewise, as the key parts of the society, the educated youths should separate their way from partiality and prejudice and completely join hands with each other to work for this system and for the development of their society.
