As the Islamic Emirate leadership, Mujahidin and the entire Afghan nation
have to mark the martyrdom of the former Supreme Leader, here we need to
shed light on some of his characteristics, behavior and how he could lead a
great caravan of Mujahidin in their way to victory.
The second Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate Shaheed Mullah Akhtar
Mohammad Mansour has been said to have left nothing except mercy, kind-
ness and unison among the Mujahidin and all followers of Jihad against in-
vaders.
If we look back to the late Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour the former
leader of the Islamic Emirate, we find that he was not only a firm power
against the infidelity but was also the most merciful for the Muslim Afghan
nation.
He often advised his followers and the whole members and personnel of
the Islamic Emirate and the entire Mujahidin to behave well with the ordinary
people who have dedicated their lives and the lives of their children for Jihad
against infidels and those who have helped the Mujahidin to get victory in
their struggle against the occupants.
The second leader of the Islamic Emirate, Shaheed Mullah Akhtar Mo-
hammad Mansour (may Allah have mercy on him) was also one of the most
insightful personalities and one of the faithful students of the Omari school
who was appointed as the new leader of the Islamic Emirate and performed
his duty and Islamic obligation to lead the Muslim nation until his martyr-
dom.
Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour was a man of religion and a great
character of sobriety, prudence and bravery, who managed to lead this great
caravan as long as he martyred by the world’s biggest power.
He inherited patience against any pains, tragedy and calamity, but resis-
tance against any vicious plots and conspiracy against his country and nation
from the first founder of the Islamic Emirate Late Mullah Mohammad Omar
Mujahid who was himself a living set of qualifications for leadership.
“The Omari Jihadi School under his leadership trained many individuals,
each of whom had and still has the full ability to lead the Muslims and lead
the jihad and resistance in the most critical circumstances of the time,” part
of his biography said.
“In jihadist and intellectual movements, the role of religious foundations
is more central than the personalities, and other matters are regulated based
on jihadist and intellectual motives. The basic strategy of the leaders of such
movements is, Quranic instructions, biographies of the Prophet of Islam
(Peace Be upon Him), and the righteous caliphs.”
Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour who was a religious scholar has al-
ways advised his followers to abide by the Islamic Sharia laws and help the
people to settle their disputes like brothers, part of the holy Islamic religion
to have ordered any Muslims to tighten brotherhood and friendship within
themselves but remain tough and serious against infidels.
Let us follow his best advices, do good with the people, and work hard for
strengthening the Islamic system and the development of the country and the
prosperity of the long-suffered nation.
