
Acting PM urges all govt bodies to focus on economy
KABUL: Acting Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Abdul Kabir has urged all government bodies to focus on strengthening the economy and implementation of essential projects, the PM office said in a statement the other day. The act ing Prime Minister Mawlavi Abdul Kabir met with Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, the Acting Minister of Economy, in the meeting Hanif said his ministry had included basic programs in its work plan for sustainable development, economic stability and better management of humanitarian aid in the country. The Prime Minister said the focus of all bodies of the government should be on strengthening the country’s economy and implementing basic projects to help the public benefit more, according to the statement. “The Islamic Emirate is in the practical stage of strengthening the country’s economy, rebuilding institutions and fighting hunger and poverty, which must be successful.” The statement quoted PM Mawlavi Kabir as saying.
